This class meets every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and is designed to help you get fit using the same conditioning drills used by fighters. This is not an aerobics class or a cardio kickboxing class where you just go through the motions. Technique matters here. You’ll get the workout, but you’ll do it through use of proper punching and kicking techniques and meaningful cardio drills – all with the goal of drastically improving your fitness and cardiovascular abilities. This class is designed to challenge you and push you to your limits in a safe and supportive environment. And, if you learn some helpful skills along the way, even better. Students of all fitness levels are welcome. Attitudes and intimidation are not.
